Processing is lawful only if, and to the extent that, at least one of the following applies: the data subject has given consent for one or more specific purposes; processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures; for compliance with a legal obligation; to protect the vital interests of a person; for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest; or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, except where the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject override those interests, in particular where the data subject is a child.

For residents of the State of California, this privacy policy aims to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Should there be any inconsistency between this document and the CCPA, state law shall apply.
